Weather

It has been a long weekend of sewing and creating hair bow's. I was already to go ! Diaper cakes & cupcakes: check, Summer dresses: check, Blankets: check, Hair bow holders & hair bow's : check, Weather: yeah, forgot to check on that one. One would think that living in Florida you would know what the weather is going to be, but this chick just didn't see that huge front and long line of showers coming in until almost time to walk out the door. See there was a festival this weekend out on beautiful Anna Maria Island on Bridge Street, and I was ready to show everyone my work I am so proud of. I haven't been involved in many shows lately, and mainly because ( and maybe it's just me) out the last four that I have done I've been all set up and have been rained out of three of them . And as the phone rang at 6:30am I just knew what it was about. This Florida girl won't be getting any sun today. So, it's a new day! Monday to be exact and I am rearing to go, getting to Sam off to school and then myself. Thinking of new things to create and hope that my craft room still has a tiny corner for me to sit in and sew. And a look at Anna Maria Island in the evening as a storm rolls in.
